• These Terms of Use govern your use of the Veyaia mobile application (“the App”).
• The App is currently operated by Hannah Lenthall, the individual developer and owner of Veyaia.
• References to “Veyaia”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to the App operated by Hannah Lenthall trading as Veyaia.
• A future company named Veyaia Ltd may assume responsibility for operating the App once incorporated.
• If this happens these Terms will be updated accordingly.
• Until then the legal contracting party remains Hannah Lenthall.

By downloading or using Veyaia (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use and all related policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Veyaia is a digital vision board and goal-setting app offering tools such as vision boards, goal and habit tracking, AI-powered insights, affirmations and chat-based support. Some features require an internet connection and/or a paid subscription.

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You must provide accurate account information (e.g. email address).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login details.

• You own the content you create within Veyaia (boards, text, goals, images and other materials).
• You grant Veyaia a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store and process your content for the purpose of operating and improving the App (for example: syncing, AI insights, widgets or backups).
• We do not sell personal data or user-generated content.

Veyaia includes AI-powered suggestions, insights and chat responses.

• AI output is intended for general informational and inspirational use only.
• It is not professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
• You understand that AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable for certain decisions.

• Your data is handled according to the Veyaia Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
• Veyaia uses secure, industry-standard storage solutions such as Google Firebase.
• You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.

Veyaia Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple’s App Store.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price unless otherwise stated.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
• Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds are handled directly by Apple according to their refund policies.
  

Access to Veyaia Pro features will end when the paid subscription expires or is cancelled.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the App or its systems.

• The Veyaia name, brand, interface and underlying technology are the property of Hannah Lenthall trading as Veyaia.
• You may not reproduce or distribute the App or its components without permission.

• We may update or modify the App or these Terms at any time.
• Material updates will be communicated via the App or email.
• Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
• You use Veyaia at your own risk.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.

• To the fullest extent permitted by UK law Hannah Lenthall trading as Veyaia is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App including loss of data, loss of profits or reliance on AI content.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
