By downloading or using Veyaia (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and related policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Veyaia is a digital vision board and goal-setting app that offers goal and habit tracking, AI-powered insights, affirmations and chat-based support. Some features may require an internet connection and/or a paid subscription.

• Users must be at least 16 years old.
• You must provide accurate information when registering (e.g., email address).
• You are responsible for keeping your account and login details secure.

• You retain all rights to content you create (boards, goals, text, images, etc.).
• You grant Veyaia a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining and improving the App’s features (e.g. AI insights, goal syncing or widget functionality).
• We do not sell your data.

• Some features use artificial intelligence to offer insights, suggestions or chat responses based on your activity and data.
• AI responses are intended for general informational and inspirational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon for making health, legal, financial or safety decisions.
• You acknowledge that AI content may not always be accurate or suitable for your situation.

• Your data is processed in accordance with the Veyaia Privacy Policy.
• Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption via Google Firebase.
• You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

• Some features require a paid Pro subscription, managed via Apple’s App Store.
• Payment, cancellation and refunds are governed by Apple’s App Store terms.

• You may not use Veyaia for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes.
• You may not attempt to disrupt or misuse the App or its systems.

• The Veyaia name, logo and app design are the property of Veyaia Ltd.
• You may not reproduce, distribute or sell the app or its components.

• We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email.
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms.

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. You use the App at your own risk.
• To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Veyaia Ltd. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
